    Dispatch Manager

    Supervises the dispatch department, ensures proper scheduling, routes, and efficiency of vehicle deployment. Handles escalations and oversees dispatch software systems.
    Requirements: Experience in NEMT dispatching and routing. Ability to manage a team under pressure.

    Lead Dispatcher / Dispatcher

    Manages trip assignments, coordinates with drivers, ensures real-time client updates, monitors ETAs, and handles same-day add-ons.
    Requirements: Knowledge of GPS/route planning and customer service. Strong communication skills.

    Driver Supervisor / Field Operations Manager

    Oversees field compliance, uniform standards, vehicle cleanliness, and on-time performance. Handles on-site evaluations and incident responses.
    Requirements: Former NEMT driving or fleet experience preferred.

    NEMT Driver – Full-Time / Part-Time / Subcontractor

    Safely transports clients to and from medical appointments, assists with wheelchairs or mobility devices, and provides compassionate service.
    Requirements: Valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record, CPR certification, background check, and ADA compliance knowledge. Experience with stretcher or wheelchair vans is a plus.

    Vehicle Leasing Coordinator

    Manages company-owned ADA van leases to subcontractors, oversees maintenance, inspection scheduling, and insurance tracking.
    Requirements: Strong organizational skills and mechanical knowledge preferred.

    Fleet Maintenance Technician (In-house or contracted)

    Performs routine maintenance, vehicle inspections, and emergency repairs. Keeps detailed service logs.
    Requirements: Automotive repair certification and commercial vehicle experience.

    Client Services Representative / Intake Coordinator

    Handles inbound ride requests, client registration, eligibility verification, and maintains contact with facilities.
    Requirements: Healthcare or customer service background. Professional phone etiquette a must.

    Compliance & Training Officer

    Ensures drivers and staff meet Medi-Cal/NEMT requirements, delivers onboarding and ongoing training, maintains safety and documentation standards.
    Requirements: Familiarity with Medi-Cal and ADA/NEMT compliance, teaching or coaching experience.

    Billing & Accounts Specialist

    Manages trip invoicing, tracks fare ticket reconciliation, lease payments, and QuickBooks reporting. Works closely with payroll.
    Requirements: Experience in medical billing or transportation billing software preferred.

    Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator

    Supports operations, manages scheduling, maintains files, assists walk-ins, and prepares internal documents.
    Requirements: Detail-oriented, reliable, and strong communication skills.

    Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator (Optional but valuable for growth)

    Builds relationships with facilities, promotes services to new clients, and manages company branding and digital presence.
    Requirements: Experience in healthcare outreach or digital marketing is a plus.
